TASNEE is strongly committed
to expand their production rates according to the increasing worldwide demands for polyolefins. With the Saudi Polyolefins Company, the world's largest propane dehydrogenation and polypropylene complex was set up. The capacity of the two plants is 450,000 tons per year each.
In 2009 the capacity of polypropylene production increased up to 700.000 tons per year.
Furthermore, in 2008, a new polyethylene cracker complex was built, as a joint venture project of TASNEE and the Sahara Olefins Company. The cracker has an annual capacity of 1.3 Million tons of olefins. In the year 2009, TASNEE set with a large investment an Acrylic Monomer Plant with Rohm & Haas.

The start-up new HD/LD polyethylene cracker of TASNEE from early 2009, is operating under full load. From now on we can increase the production volume monthly.

In the year 2009, TASNEE set with a large investment in the chemical business, an Acrylic Monomer Plant with DOW. Meanwhile TASNEE is the world 2nd largest producer of Titanium Dioxide.
