Pipe Grades

TASNEE HDPE pipe resins are tri-modal PE 100 materials derived by using the ACP (Advanced Cascade Process) technology are in the top quality and high performance range of materials. They combine high impact strength and high stiffness at ambient and low temperatures. They are designed for the production of pressure and non-pressure pipes.
The key properties for pipe applications are:
* stiffness (creep resistance)
* stress crack resistance
* good processing
TASNEE PE 100 pipes have a much higher crack resistance than steel, cast iron or concrete pipes. They are smoother, more flexible and their butt-, electro-fusion- or compression joints are practically leak free.
TASNEE Pipe Colour Coding
Grade Stripe Colour Usage
PE 100 Black General purpose, industrial, agricultural
PE 100 Blue Water pressure pipes
PE 100 Yellow Gas pressure pipes
PE 100 Orange Gas pressure pipes
